
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high.
Rinse chicken breast & season lightly with olive oil, salt & pepper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Grill chicken breast over medium-high heat until cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked trough; remove from grill.
Cut chicken and place on salad; add dried cranberries, apple sliced, crumbled blue cheese and dress with homemade buttermilk dressing.
