
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high.
Rinse chicken breast & season lightly with olive oil, salt & lemon pepper.
Rinse raspberries and set aside.
Pour out Garden Vegetable Chopped Salad Kit onto a large platter, assemble with components and toss with dressing.
Grill chicken breast over medium-high heat until cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes per side or desired degree of doneness; remove from grill.
Cut chicken and place on salad; add raspberries & blue cheese prior to serving.
