
Tuna: In bowl, mix Honey Sesame Sauce, soy sauce, and oil. Add tuna and marinade 30-45 minutes. Heat oil in frying pan. Sear tuna about 1 minute one each side to brown (remove from heat, do not cook through).
Vinaigrette: Mix Honey Sesame Sauce, vinegar, lime juice and salt and pepper. Slowly add oil to this mixture while whisking vigorously. Arrange arugula on plate. Drizzle over arugula.
Slice seared tuna, arrange over salad and add tomatoes. Serve immediately.
