Taylor Logistics Company, a subsidiary of Taylor Fresh Foods, the nation’s leading supplier of value added produce, has a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our Team as a Sales Representative. This position will specialize in customer service related responsibilities and will include, but not be limited to, working with Taylor Farms regional locations to fulfill product requests and manage each transaction from purchase through delivery. This person will also be responsible for updating customers, building loads, maintaining all pertinent documentation all while developing an understanding of products, processes and create outstanding relationships both internally and externally. This position will require night and weekend availability and be based in Salinas year round with approximately 10% travel. Qualified individuals will enjoy working in our fast paced environment, be a College graduate with 3+ years of produce experience and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Taylor Farms Retail has a career opportunity available for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources/Safety Coordinator. Working with our Union represented employees, on all matters regarding HR and safety.
This position will specialize in the ability to multi-task and be a central point of contact for Supervisors and employees. This person must demonstrate confidentiality above and beyond anything else and respect the employee’s privacy while working through different situations. The right candidate will have experience writing accident reports, filling out claim forms, and giving trainings to plant employees. Qualified individuals will enjoy working in our fast paced environment and possess sound judgment and decision making skills. This position is located in Salinas, CA year round and bi-lingual is a must. Ideally, the right person for this position will have 3+ years HR and/or safety experience.
